How fast do results show up?
Energy and sleep typically shift in the first 2–3 weeks. Lab numbers stabilize at 8–12 weeks. We re-test at 90 days, dial in from real data, then re-test every 90 days after that until everything is in optimal range.
Do I need a referral?
No. New patients start with a provider consultation and the 23-biomarker panel. The provider reviews your labs and writes your protocol. Standard new-patient flow takes 2–3 weeks from first contact to first injection.
