Switch to TruWell — Free TRT Optimization Review for men currently on testosterone replacement therapy. Upload your last six months of labs. Utah-licensed nurse practitioner. $140 per month all-in if you switch.
Same dose. Same vial.
Same crash by day 5.
If you're still doing a weekly intramuscular shot, your serum testosterone swings 40-60% across the week. Spike for two days. Plateau for two. Crash for three. Switch to TruWell and we ship you the Apex auto-injector pen — daily subcutaneous, flat curve, feel like yourself every single day. Free Optimization Review on your current labs. $140 all-in if you switch.
You're not dialed in. You're just on a dose.
Six signals that your current TRT clinic stopped optimizing — even if your numbers are technically ”in range.”
Same dose for 6+ months — no adjustments
If nothing changed after your last labs, the labs didn't actually drive a decision. That's not optimization. That's dispensing.
Estradiol never tested — or never discussed
Estradiol management is half of TRT. If your clinic isn't testing E2, you're flying blind on mood, libido, and joint health.
Weekly injections — and you still crash by day 5
Cypionate's half-life is ~8 days. Weekly intramuscular creates a 40–60% peak-to-trough swing. Daily subcutaneous flattens it to under 10%. The Apex auto-injector pen — included with every All-In Bundle — is what makes daily practical. No needles, no syringes, no muscle injections. See the pharmacokinetics →
You don't know your SHBG
Free testosterone matters more than total. SHBG decides how much free T you actually have. If it's not measured, your dose can't be right.
Total T came back ”normal” but you feel like garbage
”Normal range” was set for the population, not for you. Optimal is upper-mid range for your age. Big difference.
You pay $200+/month and still ask ”is this working?”
You shouldn't need to wonder. Real optimization shows up in labs at 90 days and in how you feel by week 3. If you're still guessing, the protocol isn't dialed in.
Hit on two or more? Your current clinic is leaving optimization on the table.
Send us your labs. We'll show you exactly what they missed.

Powered by Apex Protocol.
The Apex auto-injector pen — built for daily subcutaneous delivery — ships with every TruWell All-In Bundle. No add-on fee. No needles. No vials. One click, ten seconds, daily.
TruWell and Apex Protocol are sister companies under common ownership. We built the pen because no one else made one that worked.
Day 1 → Day 90.
Same patient. 90 days on daily subq with quarterly re-tests. No physique photos. Just the numbers.
Sample composite from anonymized patient data. Individual results depend on individual health status, baseline values, and protocol. All prescriptions require a valid provider consultation.
No charge. No commitment to switch.
Email your last six months of labs. A Utah-licensed nurse practitioner reads them, flags what's actually optimal vs. just ”in range,” and tells you exactly what your current protocol is missing.
Send labs
Email PDFs of your most recent 2–4 panels. Any lab vendor works.
Provider reads
A Utah-licensed NP reviews every marker and writes a plain-English breakdown.
Honest read
You get the review. Switch, don't switch, bring it to your current provider — your call.
The transition questions.
How do I switch TRT clinics safely?
Upload your last six months of labs to our Free Optimization Review above. A licensed provider reads them, notes what's working in your current protocol, and explains what would change. If you decide to switch, we write a new protocol from your existing baseline — no need to stop and restart. The transition typically takes one 90-day cycle.
Do I need to taper off my current TRT before switching?
No. We continue your therapy without interruption. Your TruWell provider reviews your current dose, current labs, and current symptoms, then writes a new protocol that takes over directly. There is no washout period or break in care.
Can you read labs from another clinic?
Yes. Any lab order from any provider — LabCorp, Quest, hospital system, in-clinic draw — works. Upload PDFs at the Free Optimization Review. We read them, flag what's in optimal range vs. just normal range, and tell you what to test next.
What if my current clinic won't release my records?
Federal HIPAA law gives you a right to your own medical records within 30 days of request. If your current clinic refuses or stalls, we can help you file a HIPAA records request. In most cases the records arrive within 5 business days once requested in writing.
Will TruWell be cheaper than my current clinic?
For most patients switching from Hims, Hone, Marek, or a brick-and-mortar TRT clinic, TruWell's $140/mo all-in is meaningfully less than their current cost — often $50–$300/mo less. Run your numbers in the calculator above to see your specific delta.
Can I keep my current provider if I just want a second opinion?
Yes. The Free Optimization Review carries no commitment to switch. Some patients use it to confirm their current protocol is dialed in. Some use it to bring questions back to their current provider. Some decide to transition. The Review is genuinely free either way.
How long does the transition take?
Typically one 90-day cycle. We continue your current dose through the first 2 weeks while we order baseline labs at LabCorp. Then your provider writes the optimized protocol from real data. By Day 90 you're fully on the new protocol with first re-test results in hand.
Is this only for Utah residents?
No. TruWell delivers care via telehealth in Utah, Nevada, and Wyoming. We also have two physical clinics in Utah (Bluffdale and West Haven) for patients who prefer in-person consults.
